We have a full toolroom set-up with Centre lathes, Hydraulic presses, Cut-off saws, high accuracy measurement, precision template origination, etc.
CAD/CAM
We have the EDGE CAM Machining software suite, plus the SOLID EDGE Solid Modelling software to support our fully programmable machining operation. However, we can import all standard CAD/CAM file exchange formats, such as, DXF, AutoCAD, ppf, sldprt, iges, etc.
CNC Short-run Production
With our range of CNC Turning and Machining Centres, we are ideally configured to produce parts that are either simple or complex to exacting standards and reproducability.
Parts Assembly
We have a highly experienced team of fitters and machinists who can assemble componentry to exacting standards.
Light-fabrication
Our light-fabrication section can easily manufacture engineering items that require both welded construction and machining operations.
